How to contact District Contacts Print
The current contact system is being re-written and designed. When this is finalized and published this section will be updated. If you cannot find the form as described below on this site. That is because it has been removed. Please ignore this section until this notice has been removed!

    You can find the district contacts list by selecting the District Contacts link underneath the T.H.V. District Heading at the top right portion of this site just underneath the search field.

    While viewing this list, please pay attention to the Position column next to the contacts name. It is important to contact the right person with your questions as not to waste your time or theirs. I'm sure the DDGM does not want to answer a hundred e-mails regarding Blood donations, neither is he prepared for this.

    You can sort this list by Name, or Position by clicking the column heading in blue above the list. Click the heading again to switch between ascending or descending alphabetical sorting.

    To view more information regarding the person you wish to contact, click the contacts name in the first column. This will open the contacts details (see picture at right), for all of the available information for that person.

 

Contact Details 

    You may notice that there are is no e-mail address listed for any contacts. This is to cut down on the spam that may be generated by having an e-mail address listed on a public website.

    To view the contact e-mail address and contact information, you can Download the contacts vCard by clicking the link beneath their contact details, and above their form. This will either open their details in windows address book, Microsoft Outlook or any other mail client that support .vcf files and automatically input their information into your contacts within that program. 

    If the person has an e-mail address on file with the district website, there will be a form below the contact details to enter your name, e-mail address etc... (see picture at right). Filling out this form and clicking 'Send' at the bottom will send an e-mail message to the contact.

    To fill out this form, ensure you put YOUR e-mail address into the E-mail address field so that they can reply to your message. Enter your name and the message in the appropriate fields.

    You can have a copy for reference sent to your e-mail address by clicking the appropriate box.

    You must enter the code in the box below the code (above the send button, see picture at right).. in the example at right the code is S92Y. Without this code entered in the appropriate box, your message will not be sent.
